What Astro sneakers are you looking for?
We are looking for anything that has a minimum of demand and in all sizes (36 to 50). Too worn pairs with holes or tears are not wanted by the company
Does the pair have to "complete"?
No! If you don't have the original box, additional accessories or spare laces, that's not a problem, we'll still buy your model
Do you have to clean the pair before sending?
No , it is not mandatory but preferable. It's up to you! Our team will take care of a cleaning during the reception

REDEMPTION POLICY
How does shipping and payment work?
If we have concluded a purchase with you, we provide you with a global relay dispatch slip with a dispatch procedure to be followed.
Once your pair has been shipped, we receive the pair at our premises within approximately 5 days and authenticate the pair within 24 hours of receipt! If everything is valid on our side and your pair corresponds to the sale, we will pay you by bank transfer / paypal.
What happens in case of:
Counterfeit pair: payment for outward + return shipping, 5€ for authentication and 5% of your payment due will be invoiced to you (if you sell a pair for 200€ the amount is 10€).
If you do not wish to pay or recover your pair, ASTRO SNEAKERS can keep your counterfeit pair in order to donate it to an association for individuals in need (association present within the Sainte-Rita Chapel, 65 Bd de Clichy, 75009 Paris)
Pair with minor defect(s) not mentioned: we will offer you a slight reduction of your total payment (5% to 15% depending on the defect) or a return at your expense (return shipping costs + 5% of your payment of)
Pair with defect(s) not mentioned: we will offer you a reduction of your total payment (15% to 25% depending on the defect) or a return at your expense (return shipping costs + 5% of your payment due)
Pair with major defect(s) not mentioned: we will offer you a reduction of your total payment (40% to 80% depending on the defect) or a return at your expense (return shipping costs + 5% of your payment due )
Pair with slightly damaged original box not mentioned: we will offer you a reduction of your total payment (2% to 8% depending on the model or a return at your expense (return shipping costs + 5% of your payment due )
Pair with original damaged box not mentioned: we will offer you a reduction of your total payment (10% to 20% depending on the model or a return at your expense (return shipping costs + 5% of your payment due)
Pair with heavily damaged original box not mentioned: we will offer you a reduction of your total payment (20% to 40% depending on the model or a return at your expense (return shipping costs + 5% of your payment due )
Pair with unusable original box not mentioned: we will offer you a reduction of your total payment (40% to 80% depending on the model or a return at your expense (return shipping costs + 5% of your payment due)
Pair with missing original box not mentioned: we will offer you a reduction of your total payment (40% to 80% depending on the model or a return at your expense (return shipping costs + 5% of your payment due)
Pair with accessories not mentioned: we will offer you a reduction of your total payment (2% to 15% depending on the missing accessory or a return at your expense (return shipping costs + 5% of your payment due)
NB: if your shipment is not insured and your package arrives damaged on our premises, the above redemption policy applies. In addition, the company ASTRO SNEAKERS leaves the choice, by its sole will, to refuse or to accept a reduction of your total payment. However in accordance with the law, a return at your expense in accordance with our policy cannot be refused.
Is the shipment of my package insured?
The shipment to our premises is done without insurance , if you wish to insure your sale, please let us know before sending your slip so the costs of the insurance will be indicated to you and deducted from your final payment.
ASTRO SNEAKERS is not held responsible for the loss, theft or damage to your item if you do not take out insurance
By making a sale with ASTRO SNEAKERS, you accept and validate our entire buy-back policy in full knowledge of the points mentioned above.
