Refund Policies


Upon receipt of your package, you have 7 days to report an anomaly/defect in your order. If more than 7 days after the indicated delivery date elapses, we will no longer be able to support your request.


If you took out insurance when you purchased, you are covered for 100% of the total amount of your order in the event of loss or theft of your order.


If you did not take out insurance when you purchased, we will not be able to take charge of your request and we invite you to turn against the carrier in order to obtain compensation according to their price list (generally at KG). We strongly recommend that you select insurance when purchasing.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. If your order has an error, we will request a return and you will receive a full refund or a partial refund if you wish to keep your order

Return conditions

> shipment by insured express UPS within 7 days once the return has been confirmed by the parties (the company Astro sneakers / the physical person the buyer)

/!\ a shipment by standard UPS will incur a penalty of 20% on the total refunded

> make a return corresponding to what you received

> not having tried / used / degraded / rendered the object unsaleable (see price list below)

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted

Item tested: partial refund up to 70 of the price of the model

Object used: partial refund up to 50% of the price of the model

Unsellable object: refund refused

Box slightly damaged: partial refund up to 90% of the price of the model

Damaged box: partial refund up to 70% of the price of the model

Heavily damaged box: partial refund up to 40% of the price of the model

Missing accessories (laces, original paper, labels, extra supplies (if included and stipulated during the sale)): Refund refused

Notabéné: The shipping / insurance costs paid during your order are not reimbursed

If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to appear officially.
Then contact your bank. Posting a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotion items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotion items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not replace any item, second-hand goods are unique items with details/defects specific to the object used.


If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the equivalent value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves with the intention of delivering it to you later, her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift. The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
